In fiction I work only with complete manuscripts.  My work usually includes an analysis of the strengths and weakness of the novel, as well as page by page suggestions for refining plot, subplot, character, point of view and pacing.  I also offer thorough line editing.

In nonfiction I work on both proposals and manuscripts.  I can help conceptualize, structure, and co-write a proposal, or act as “book doctor” or editor when the manuscript is complete.  I am sometimes available for a rush turn-around.

Though I can guarantee neither publication nor representation as a result of my efforts, I will not take on any project unless I believe it is worth my time and your investment, and I will only take on projects I like and feel confident I can improve.
